John Tucci will be serving his latest creation Dampfbier (Centuries old German Steam Beer), Oak Aged Dunkles, San Francisco Brewers Guild Collaborative Brew, also, a one of a kind Spezial Bock brewed by all three bay area Gordon Biersch brewmasters plus an amazing Black Smoked lager and a bourbon barrel aged Hefeweizen that has been aging for 18 months. What else do you want? These beers will be paired with a 4 course meal specially chosen for this evening. 1st course; BBQ Ribs & Housemade Chips. 2nd course; Spinach Salad. 3rd course; Lobster Mac and Cheese. 4th course; Warm Brownie a la mode.
