Gordon Biersch San Francisco Rauchbier Release Reception
Join brewer John Tucci for what is sure to be a great night of food and special brews not available on tap. Beers will include a very special cask of Rauchbier shipped directly from Germany especially for this event. This is a one of a kind beer very rarely seen in the USA. Also, John will be serving an oak aged Dunkles, a Sticke Alt (Strong Altbier) and his latest creation called Dampfbier which is a style of beer that nearly disappeared at the turn of the century. Lastly, there will be a keg of the collaborative brewed ' Special Bock ' brewed by all three bay area brewers just for SF BEER WEEK. All these beers and of course our flagships will be available for your enjoyment this very special evening.
During the evening, we will be serving passed appetizers of chicken egg rolls, Portobello mushroom skewers and mini crab cakes followed by a buffet of Goat Cheese Ravioli, BBQ Ribs, Cajun Pasta, Bratwurst and of course Garlic Fries. Don't miss this event.
