Serious Palate Wine Tasting Class: South Africa
Since we've spent the first part of the year in the old world of European wine regions, let's see what's happening in South Africa: Oldest of New World Wine regions. Even though it's their winter, their wines are heating up the wine market. From some of the most ancient wine growing soils in the world, we look forward to sharing some new information from Val's recent trip to several of South Africa's prominent wine regions!
The Serious Palate is for the wine lover who wants to delve into wine's sense of placelocation matters and we'll discover why. Space is limited; reservations are required. Serious Palate Tasting Classes are $35.00 per person and include professional-level instruction, tasting of 6 wines, light accompanying snacks and a takeaway note sheet. We will not be reviewing wine & tasting basics each week as we do in the Curious Palate Series.
