2nd Annual Vinavanti+Vetted Table Farm-to-Wine Party
Five courses of delicious food paired with our natural wine selections. Unlike a traditional, stuffy, sit-down wine dinner, we've decided to go with a fun, casual, early afternoon, cocktail-party style event (but with wine instead of cocktails of course!).

2014 L'HERITIER, SPARKLING VIOGNIER Rich aromas of grapefruit and allspice, a slight tannic grip, fine bubbles and a background of malty notes. - paired with - Yellowtail Crudo, pickled persimmon, radish, chile de arbol oil, fleur de sel.
2012 GRENACHE Rich raspberry and cranberry, with black and white pepper aromas, along with bright acidity and fine tannins. - paired with - Duck Rilette toast, cranberry gastrique, swiss chard/apple slaw.
2012 MOURVEDRE Black cherries, black currants, and black olive aromas (oh, and a touch of violets). - paired with - Roasted Pork Belly, charred brussel sprout, plum glaze.
2012 SYRAH Deep cassis and blackberry on the front turning to black pepper and woody notes on the back, all supported by firm tannins. - paired with - Grilled Flat Iron Steak, purple potato hash, fennel mostarda.
2013 THE ALCHEMIST, DESSERT WINE Cumin, white pepper, bergamot oil, golden raisins, and roasted chestnuts. - paired with - Local Fig/Pear Tartlet, whipped ricotta, basil simple syrup.
Food is catered by The Vetted Table (http://www.thevettedtable.com/) - the same creative and delicious force who catered last year's event.
All wines are a three ounce pour, except for The Alchemist which is two ounce.
