The brother & sister team of Alex Panozzo & Patty Panozzo will host this sustainable harvest lunch featuring preserved foods from their quarter acre "Victory Garden" in honor of the 20th anniversary of Terra Madre.
Enjoy a bounty of homegrown foods prepared by these two farmers, chefs and Slow Food members. A slide show of their Victory Garden will be available for viewing along with Q & A's on gardening.
There will be plenty of food, so bring an appetite!
All proceeds will go to Slow Food Chicago in support of Terra Madre.
