Mixin' It Up! Chef Tobin & the Whole Bird!
Sharpen your knives and your wits in the kitchen this Monday evening with INCA Instructor, Chef Tobin. Eat well for less by learning how to use a whole chicken.
Chef Tobin shows you how to be more confident in your own kitchen. Learn how to sharpen knives, de-bone a chicken, make stock and create chicken sausage. This one is so hands-on, you take the bird home with you, and it's a delicious, local Rocky Ridge Ranch bird!
Bring your own chef's knife, apron and side towel and in exchange we keep the price affordable.
$30.00 for co-op members / $40.00 for non-members. Tickets must be purchased by Thursday, March 4th, 2010
