Our Winter 2010 In the Field takes us to Cravens Coffee, near downtown Spokane the morning of Saturday, February 20th.
Wake up with Craven's co-owner and coffee buyer, Simon Thompson as we tour their facility, learn about their purchasing practices that prioritize farmer and environmental health, share local baked goods, and participate in a "cupping." This common coffee term refers to a blind sampling method that coffee buyers use to evaluate various flavors and quality.
Purchase tickets by February 16th. Just in time to give as a great, unique Valentine's gift!
