Vin du Lac Barrel Feast
A very special evening awaits you on Saturday of Winterfest. You are invited to join Larry Lehmbecker of Vin du Lac and enjoy the Winterfest fireworks at the tasting room as you sip on a glass of wine and warm yourself by the fire pits. Afterwards, you will be wisked away in a short limousine ride to the newly built Vin du Lac Barrel Room where you will be treated to a spectacular 4-course menu paired with very special Vin du Lac wines - some yet to be released, some so good they are no longer available. This will truly be a magical evening!

2007 LEHM Dry Riesling (Silver, American Fine Wine)
Handmade Flat Parsley Pasta in Brodo Drizzled with Black Truffle Oil and Baked Fontina Crostini served with 2007 Barrel Select Chardonnay (Gold, Seattle Wine Awards)
Roasted Pepper Salad with Capers in Neapolitan Eggplant Nests and Infused Lemon Oil served with the Red Cafe Pinot Noir (sneak peak - not currently released)
Cab Franc Veal Chops with Wild Mushroom Cream Sauce and Rosemary Cannellini Beans served 2006 Barrel Select Cabernet Franc (Double Platinum, Wine Press NW)
Chardonnay Poached Pears stuffed with Mascarpone Cheese and Shaved Chocolate served with 2006 Late Harvest Riesling/Gewrztraminer
