Take one cartoon strip, add two talking cats and mix generously with friends, food, sex and laughter then top it off with music and the result is Sylviaâs Advice on How to Age Gracefully on the Planet Denial Stagebridgeâs world premiere musical based on the works of Nicole Hollander and the nationally syndicated cartoon strip Sylvia. Book and lyrics by Martha Boesing with music by Scrumbly Koldewyn and choreography by Bruce Bierman. Directed by Martha Boesing and starring Joan Mankin with James "JB" Brooks, Cindy Carrico, Franklin Hall, Bill Liebman, Sara Moore, Linda Sciacqua and Kris Welch.
