Witness the profound effect that money, green construction, adaptive re-use and streetcars can bring to a community.  

Note: Tour begins in front of the Naval Reserve Building, 860 Terry Avenue N and lasts approximately 2 hours. $15 in advance / $25 day of.  Advance purchase is highly recommended; spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. For day-of-tour ticket purchases for tours which begin off-site, exact change, in cash, is required. All tours are conducted rain or shine. Tour participants are responsible for their own personal safety.  Most routes involve hills, stairs, escalators, and elevators. This tour is not recommended for children under age 12.
