It is a story as old as time... but never told quite like this. When a girl meets a boy for a date, do they know what to say? And if they don't, can anyone please help them?
{girl meets boy} will tell the story of people in all aspects of relationships, and give them something they never imagined... an entire theatre of people who can help them know the perfect thing to say.
From the promise of meeting someone new, to the tensions of a first date... from engagement to growing old together and everything in between... {girl meets boy} is a magical improvised journey unlike anything you have ever seen.
We promise to make you laugh, but we might make you cry as well.
The {breakout} cast is:
Jon Horton, Sarah Bohlen, Paul Cornish, Julie Holt, Jon Richardson, John Marble, Megan Jergens, Becky Bartlein, Sam Buchannan, Elizabeth Woods and Rachel Hillman. {girl meets boy} is directed by Mandy Price.
{girl meets boy} is the debut production of [breakout} at the Phoenix Theatre as their resident improv group.
Note: Our shows are geared to be family friendly, but as with all improv, it is made up on the spot.
