99 Unite Civic Forum Autumn Harvest Dinner with Tangerine Bolen
99 Unite Civic Forum Fall Harvest Dinner with Tangerine Bolen
a benefit for the Friends of Occupy Portland
Saturday, November 8, 2014, 5:30-8:30 p.m.

In commemoration of three years of the Occupy Wall Street movement in Portland, Oregon, the 99 Unite Civic Forum is proud to present a festive autumn harvest dinner featuring our guest speaker, Tangerine Bolen.

Tangerine is an internationally known speaker and writer on the subject of freedom of information and constitutional rights to due process. She has been seen numerous times on Russia's RT (TV Novosti) international television network, and she contributes to The Guardian newspaper in the United Kingdom, among others. Her organization, RevolutionTruth, was founded primarily in response to the revelations arising from Wikileaks. Tangerine was also one of co-plaintiffs in the federal lawsuit against National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2011, Hedges v. Obama.

Ticket: $50 per person. All proceeds after actual expenses will benefit the Friends of Occupy Portland.

The dinner is being catered by Papa G's vegan restaurant, a great local business. Additionally, we will be serving fresh salad featuring produce from the Ingenuity Innovation Center farm in St. Helen's, Oregon!

Location: A private residence in the Eliot neighborhood in Northeast Portland, near the Lloyd Center and Rose Quarter, with great public transit access.

Due to limited seating, only 20 tickets will be available.
