The Deer Creek Chorale Presents Vivaldi's Gloria
North Harford High School Performing Arts Center Pylesville, MD
The Deer Creek Chorale will present its Holiday Concert, featuring the Vivaldi Gloria, seasonal favorites, and a Holiday sing-a-long. Tickets are available with adult, senior or student/child pricing. The concert is co-located with a Silent Auction benefit for The Jackie McCosh Supplemental Trust, benefiting Chorale alto Jackie McCosh who was paralyzed in a serious car accident in May. Pre-bidding for the auction is also available from November 12th until December 11th on the Chorale website at www.deercreekchorale.org/benefit.html.
The Deer Creek Chorale, led by Music Director Martha Banghart, is a unique inter-generational chorus serving the greater Baltimore and southern Pennsylvania communities. Past events have included choral performances in China and at Carnegie Hall, and a benefit conducted by Randall Stroope that raised over $25,000 for building schools through Greg Mortenson's (Three Cups of Tea) Central Asia Institute.
