Black Hog Beer and Caseus Cheese Tasting @ GPSCY
October 28--Black Hog Beer and Caseus Cheese Tasting For our second beer class of the year, GPSCY is teaming up with Black Hog, a brand new brewery out of Oxford, CT. This class will be guest instructed by local celebrity chef Jason Sobocinski--owner of Caseus Restaurant, Ordinary bar, the Mystic Cheese Company, and Black Hog. Jason will teach the principles of pairings and discuss what makes cheese and beer pairing both challenging and magical. In all you will get to taste 6 beers--3 limited edition seasonal brews and 3 flagships. Beers will paired with Caseus cheese and other accoutrements. Tasting will take place on Tuesday, October 28, at 7:00pm. Tickets are $25 and are available *here*; sign up now, as space is limited!
