The Bushwick Book Club Seattle Presents: original music inspired by Robert Kirkman's The Walking Dead

This Halloween eve join the best book club in town in celebration of music, literature, friends, drinks, candy and ZOMBIES!
(GASP!)
That's right!
On Thursday October 30th at the Fremont Abbey Arts Center The Bushwick Book Club Seattle is proud to present original music inspired by Robert Kirkman's The Walking Dead.
Having read the book, each Bushwick artist, one by one, will courageously take the stage with musical weapon in hand in attempt to stave off undead attacks the only way they know how  by performing an original tune inspired by Kirkman's continuing saga of ZOMBIE APOPCOPLYPTIC SURVIVAL HORROR!

During this unique one of a kind experience you will hear many songs consisting of a wide range of styles, all specifically written for this event by our talented group of Bushwick artists.

Everyone is welcome (zombies included) but it is best to come prepared. We highly encourage you to read as much of The Walking Dead comic book series as you possibly can (this is a book club after all). Not only will being familiar with the material increase your odds of surviving a zombie apocalypse, it will also dramatically increase your enjoyment of the show. Plus, The Walking Dead truly is a remarkable series, one that you are sure to enjoy!

Performers include: Ryan Barber, Mark Blasco, Nick Foster,  Katrina Kope, Spekulation, Mike Votava,  Tekla Waterfield, Brenda Xu, and the comedy stylings of Emmett Montgomery.
With a special appearance by  Nate Bogopolsky and The Bushwick Choir

Doors at 7pm / show at 8pm / all ages  / bar with ID
