Broadminded Comedy: Thank You!
Broadminded comedy, a "Milwaukee institution", is pleased to present a new sketch comedy with a ridiculously long title: "Thank YOU: Gifts, Favors, Moderate Competence and other things that we are thankful for".
Catch this new comedy at The Arcade Theatre in The Underground Collaborative, 161 W Wisconsin Ave in downtown Milwaukee, aka the basement of the Grand Avenue Mall, on November 21, 22, 28, and 29. Shows start at 7:30 pm. The show is produced by Milwaukee Comedy, Inc. and is appropriate for ages 14 and up. Advance tickets are available for $12 at www.broadmindedcomedy.com; tickets at the door are cash only.
Each November, Americans briefly stop gorging themselves and shopping in order to reflect on all the things they are grateful for. Accordingly, characters in Thank YOU! express their gratitude for things such as the good old days, enablers, and all that Cincinnati has to offer.
Broadminded features the writing, performing, directing, costuming, set decoration, video editing, lighting and sound design, and everything-elsing of Stacy Babl, Anne Graff LaDisa, Melissa Kingston and Megan McGee. They are thankful for each other - and for the caffeine and booze that has enabled them to work together for so many years.
