Foundational Fun Health Class
In this class and meal, attendees will have a great time learning about what to eat in what season. Attendees will learn their Metabolic type, and what foods/fuel mixture work best for them, what order to eat foods in what circumstances, and get contact/support information for difficult health questions. A tasty and life-changing meal will be served, course by course including:
