Breathwork Experience
For the FIRST TIME, we are offering a Breathwork Workshop on Saturday October 25th to all our local friends. You might be used to catching a concert of Bob's music, but this is a totally different experience to include sacred breathwork, in addition to meditation and experiences all supported by Bob's music as the soundtrack.
The majority of us navigate through life in a constant state of low-grade stress. We are tapped out, stressed out, and poorly equipped to deal with the frenetic pace of the world. As a result we are overwhelmed. The Breathwork Experience examines and experiments with both ancient and modern philosophies of breathwork. It combines an enticing blend of discussion, meditate, practical exercises, active participation, and live devotional music. These sessions will inspire a foundation for profoundly life-changing practices that will reduce your stress level and enliven your divine energy. You will feel a deep connection to yourself and others that only the breath can create. These introductory teachings are gathered from a variety sources including Dr Andrew Weil, Omnibreath, Inspiration Community, and many ancient pranayama techniques. Shift from OVERWHELMED to OVERJOYED with the power of the BREATH. The workshop topics include:
1 The Foundation: Redefining Breath, Anatomy, Spirituality, and Meditation
Discover a new reverence; Come from a centered place; Connect to ancient roots; Master the simplest and most difficult meditation practice
2 Stress Decrease, Beyond Belief, Perpetual Relief: Health Benefits and New Patterns
What your doctor should tell you; Relieve stress with the "Magic Bullet Breath"; Change reaction to response; and Feel the power of the "Now Breath"
3 Activating the Power: You Have It In You
Increase lung capacity; Strengthen the breathing muscle; Experience true oxygenation; and Achieve greater presence

Discover a spiritual connection with self, others, and nature
This workshop is hosted by Bob Sima and Shannon Plummer.
Doors: 1230pm
Workshop: 1pm-5pm
Early-bird Cost: $49 (ends Sep 30th at 11:59pm)
Regular Cost: $59 (Oct 1st - Oct 23rd at 12:30pm)
Tickets will not be sold at the door to allow the workshop to start and end on time.

*Eat lunch prior to arriving. A light snack will be provided.
*Bring a water bottle.
*Bring a floor chair and/or pillow. We will have some seating for those who are not comfortable on the floor.
