As one of the few all-women tap companies, Barbara Duffy & Company has created Stages not only as a vehicle to do what they do best, but to express new tap forms and connect to a broader audience. Stages incorporates song, dance, dialogue and improvisation into an evening of high energy entertainment, paying tribute to the masters who shaped the tap dance as an art form, providing a unique perspective on its future, and celebrating life through the universal power of rhythm.
