| Description |
Portland, Oregon band Blind Pilot will play at 7 PM on November 30 at the historic Linen Building, 1402 W Grove St., Boise. This show is all-ages. Beer and Wine available with ID.
This engagement will feature Blind Pilot at a 6 piece band, a far cry from Blind Pilot's beginning as duo that toured on bicycles. Since those first bicycle driven tours Blind Pilot has had one of their singles be chosen as the iTunes Single of the Week (Go On, Say It), their most recent release 3 Rounds and a Sound hit number 13 on the Billboard Top Digital Albums chart and has been featured on NPR's Morning Edition.

Andew Leahey of allmusic.com says Blind Pilot strikes a balance between mellow folk and West Coast indie pop.
Paste magazine says Blind Pilot sounds a lot like what James Mercer of The Shins would sound like if he recorded a solo acoustic album. And there are trumpets, lots of trumpets. Its quite wonderful.
New York Post calls their music ethereal.
