Hip Hop Bellydance Fusion
Hip Hop is the original form of street dancing with Pops, Locks, Ticking and 100% Attitude! It includes styles from African, Latin, and Jazz to name a few. Bellydance is a Middle Eastern art form that focuses on Posture, Core movements and Performance. For Sept 1 participants will learn how to fuse the attitude of Hip Hop with the confidence of Bellydance for an outstanding combination of movements set to Hip Hop music.
Slow Jams & Dedications
Now its time to Slow it Down, make it sultry and a little more seductive with class of course! If you have ever desired to put on a private dance for that special someone, here is your chance to learn how. Public viewing of dance moves is at your own risk. In Step 2 participants will take some of the moves learned in Step 1 and add a little different flare to them set to R&B/Hip Hop music.
Stiletto Dance
Grab your best heels ladies its time to Get Down! Learn how to dance as if you were in the club or any other dance event where you will be dancing with a partner or in a group for fun. In Step 3 participants will learn how to take some of the combinations learned in Step 1 and 2 and add your favorite high heels set to Dance/Hip Hop music.
Cost for all 3 Steps is $55.00 or November 14th and 21st for $30 each day. Prices are on a pre-paid basis, add $5 to each if paid at door. If not paying on-line Please make Check or Money order payable To: Mozel Dance Company and mail to: P.O. Box 351 Seahurst, WA 98062
Note: Suggestions for what to wear: Step 1; yoga style pants or skirt, tank top or tee, hip scarf or wrap and half-shoes. Steps 2 and 3; yoga style pants, long or short skirt with leggings, tank top or tee, hip scarf or wrap and your favorite heels for Step 3. Ballroom shoes recommended. Rubber sole heels are also appropriate. You can purchase Ballroom shoes at University Dance Shop and Experience Shoes Or you can have your heels replaced with rubber at a shoe repair shop. Overall Rule: Form Fitting but Comfortable, Something you can Dance in!!
