| Description |
The Chicago Music Scene Book Release & Chicago Pop Festival Preview Party will take place Sunday afternoon, November 22, 2009 from 1:00pm - 6:00pm. Guests will be able to get a discounted copy of the book by Dean Milano and have it signed by Dean and many of the artists featured in the book.
Entertainment will include the Finals portion of the World's First-Ever Gloria-off Battle-of-the-Bands, LIVE. Come and cheer on your favorite from the online portion as they perform in the live finals. The Chicago Pop Festival Preview segment will feature several of the acts scheduled to perform at the full Chicago Pop Festival coming in spring 2010.
All of our artists are generously donating their performances. The profits from this party and from the Chicago Pop Festival in spring 2010 will go to the Music for Life Alliance and Music National Service, organizations that support music education for children.

Advance Tickets are $20. ticket for admission / $40 ticket includes admission + a signed copy of Dean Milano's book, The Chicago Music Scene: The 1960s and 1970s.
Day of Show tickets will be $25 for admission / $45 with a copy of the book.
Ticket price includes the buffet. |
