Jam Making for the Holidays and Gift Giving with Carole Cancler

Jam making isn't just for summertime! Make delicious homemade jam in any season for your family, as well as for holiday meals and gifts. Carole will guide you through techniques for making jam using fresh seasonal and frozen fruits. In this class, you'll get hands-on experience as we make triple berry jam, low-sugar pineapple jam, holiday cranberry-orange sauce, hot pepper jelly, and winter citrus marmalade. Each student will leave with recipes for making these jewels at home, plus gift wrapping techniques, and three small jars of jam to take with you.
