Easy As Pie with Barbara Schwartz

This is a hands-on class that will take you step by step through the art and science of making a pie. We will make piecrust together, assemble and bake open-face apple pies (you get to take home your own!) and Barbara will demonstrate her secrets for making the perfect holiday pies. She will also share some wonderful holiday recipes.
