This dinner is inspired from the cuisine of the Central Anatolian Region. We'll welcome you with Classic Turkish Hospitality and Culture from the Meze Mangal family
Starter:
Aubergine & Peppered Dolma with Garlic Yogurt (V)
Main:
Chicken Dolma OR Imam Bayildi (V) with Vegetables & Mash Potatoes Sides: Rice & Salad
Dessert:
Bulbul Yuvasi (Traditional Anatolian Dessert) with Ice Cream
Unlimited Turkish Tea, Coffee & Ayran
It represents the side of Turkish cuisine that goes far beyond mere kebabs.
We'll welcome you with classic Turkish hospitality and a cultural and family orientated atmosphere. It'll feel like you're coming over for a family meal.
The event will be held in The Hill Station - a community cafe, shop and exhibition space, and has become an
ever-changing venue for social change and creativity.
It's a fantastic opportunity to meet people from a very different background and also from the local community.
