From the shadowy caves of Central Park to the candlelit decadence of East Side eateries, a struggling novelist hatches a deadly plan to achieve immortality. As Oscar Fine roams and rumbles with hookers, legends, and thieves on his harried quest for grandeur, it may just be the little things in life that wind up saving his soul.
