Tayla Lynn is a southern girl who grew up in the heart of Tennessee, and her country bloodlines are undeniable. Her grandmother is country-music legend, Loretta Lynn, and her father, Ernie, sang and played guitar in Loretta Lynn's band. "I cant remember a time that I wasnt in the wings in some town somewhere, watching my memaw and my daddy on stage" recalls Tayla.

Tayla Lynn recently signed an exclusive recording contract with Nashville-based indie label Victor House Records. Her first release, a three-song 7 inch vinyl EP titled Coal Dust, was scheduled for release in April. The recording features Lynn's iconic grandmother Loretta Lynn singing her original harmony part with Tayla on a true to the original remake of Loretta's first single, "Honky Tonk Girl."

Grammy Award winner, Eric Tingstad who has performed previously at the Harrington Opera House as the awesome guitar playing half of the duo, Tingstad and Rumble, will accompany Tayla.
