Dance-Transformation with Linda Ugelow
Do you:
Feel excited about something new and want to take it to the next step?
Have a burning issue you want to throw in the fires of transformation?
Just love to move and want a cool dance experience?
Then this evening is for you.
We will create a "tribal setting" and together play with trance dance modalities, that include authentic movement, the Zar, and more. You'll call in "your guides" to assist you in your quest and be led toward a place of clarity, peace, and resolve.
No experience is necessary, just an enjoyment of movement, a willingness to step outside the familiar, and a reasonably fit physical state.
