Slow Food NYC Producer Summit
Slow Food NYC is hosting the NYC Sustainable Farm to Restaurant Producer Summit.
On November 2, 2014, local farmers, chefs, and distributors will convene at Hawthorne Valley Farm to discuss challenges and celebrate successes of the current local food system.
The day will focus on ways stakeholders can come together to strengthen and expand the supply chain of organic and sustainably-grown food to New York City restaurants.
