The Coffee Cantata is the closest Bach ever came to writing an opera. The Bach Concert Series will stage this work and, to help bring out the humor, perform it in English. Also on the program will be Rondo, Menuet & Badinerie from Suite for Flute & Strings BWV 1067
Specialty coffees and other culinary delights will be available at the concert.
