The event is focused on raising awareness of ocean and coastal conservation issues, and will benefit the work of non-profit organizations SurfAid International, Save The Waves Coalition, Surfrider Foundation and Marine Mammal Center.
The It's About Sea Life Benefit & Paddle-Out was conceived by a group of San Francisco based surfer/environmentalists who wanted to bring together surfers and ocean lovers who are concerned about the continuing threats facing our coastlines and marine ecosystems.
