The Vegetable Dinner: Winter Squash
The Vegetable Dinners are warm gatherings of 18 Reasons community members sharing a delicious, family-style vegetarian meal that highlights rock-star vegetables from our local farm's bounty.
This month we're featuring the WINTER SQUASH and will have Bi-Rite's farmer Simon Richard on hand to share his tales from the farm. You can expect to enjoy Delicata, Butternut, Long Island Cheese, and Kabocha squash in dishes prepared by Bi-Rite Chef Morgan Maki.
The Vegetable Dinners are BYOB as a way for attendees to participate in the feast and get to know their neighbor at the table. It is requested that each diner (or couple) bring a beverage (alcoholic or not) to share.
