The Cranford Community Council cordially invites you to

"A Taste of PAIRINGS Palate + Plate: A dinner to benefit Cranford Family Care"

Join us as we celebrate globally inspired contemporary cooking at its finest in the heart of Cranford.

With the release of their new cookbook, "The Modern Buffet Presentation", Carol Murphy Clyne and Vince Clyne of PAIRINGS are offering a special dinner experience on Sunday, September 21st to benefit Cranford Family Care and United Way of Greater Union County. This dinner will be a true testimony to PAIRINGS' innovative presentation, fine dining experience and commitment to its community.

Tickets are $100 per person for a 3 course menu described in greater detail below. Reservations will be available for the 6 p.m. seating.  Due to table size and configuration, parties in excess of 6 are welcome but will be accommodated at more than one table.  Individual ticket purchasers that are part of a larger group should register under a common group name to ensure they are seated together. Advance ticket purchases are required and can be purchased right here!

Please Note: All Dietary Restrictions should be communicated via Brown Paper Tickets. PAIRINGS is BYOB (Limited to Beer and Wine ONLY) and will also be offering lemonade and ice tea.

Pan seared salmon + arugula-cucumber tzatziki
horseradish-lemon-dill panko crust

Charred brussels sprouts, grapes, almonds + pancetta

Chicken breast stuffed with spinach + gruyere
goffle road farm

Saffron risotto with mushrooms

Ravioli ai quattro formaggi + ratatouille

Bailey's panna cotta + espresso sauce
