Before you start preparing for the next tax season, you will want to hear our speaker, Gwenella Blackshire. She will highlight the ongoing initiatives and past successes in reducing taxpayer burden. This presentation is a must for tax practitioners. Bring your questions, and as a liaison between practitioners and the IRS, she will help you get answers.
Ms. Blackshire has been with the IRS since 1979, and has experience in Collections before joining the Communications, Liaison and Disclosure Branch. Her current duties are to provide information to the practitioner community and stakeholder organizations regarding IRS policies, practices and procedures to ensure compliance with the tax laws.
