Harvest Moon Farm Dinner
Harvest Moon Farm Dinner, a "farm to table" dinner benefiting the Teen Kitchen Project, is being held on Saturday, October 4th, 2014. The evening, a fundraiser for the organization, will feature a three course, organic and locally sourced meal, amidst the beautiful Corralitos hills at Live Earth Farm. A special menu has been designed by Teen Kitchen Project's Executive Chef Stephanie Forbes alongside their "Teen Chefs". Attendees will also enjoy live music and an auction.

Appetizers : Spicy honey roasted nuts Roasted spiced Live Earth Farm delicata rounds Local smoked salmon Marjoram, caper and olive tapenade on crostini Mini Pies from Sweet Elena's Bakery
Salad: Live Earth Farm heirloom apple salad with radicchio, celery root and hazelnuts
Meat Entrée: Herb crusted Mariquita Farm Dexter beef with zinfandel glaze served with savory mushroom kale bread pudding and braised vegetables from Coke and Route 1 Farms
Vegetarian Entrée: Savory mushroom kale bread pudding OR delicata squash stuffed with mushroom and wild rice stuffing (gluten free/dairy free) and braised vegetables from Coke and Route 1 Farms
Dessert: Vanilla mousse and berry parfait (featuring Driscoll's organic berries!)
Teen Kitchen Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All proceeds from the event will support expansion of the meal program to accept 20 new clients in 2015, making the total served around 50 families per week.
