Crash Course
This multimedia mental melee fills the stage with chaos and flavor as a three-course meal is stitched together with stupidity and stunts. Each weekend, everything changes with themes ranging from "Gingerbread Crackhouse" to "Spring Break at the Vatican". Recipes, jokes, video sketches--it's all prepared fresh as soon as the curtains rise at the Climate Theater.
Host Scot Nery has performed from New York to Nagasaki. He toured for two years as the opening act for Brooks & Dunn's national tour.
He was declared San Francisco's Best Pancake Juggler by SF weekly. His cooking show receives rave reviews from everyone who has seen it (except the "Golden Girls" that walked in expecting a Julia Child-like lesson and instead were stunned by an eyeful of smut clowning). Nery's audience-centric performance style is consistently entertaining and full of surprises.
