This event is a short concert designed for youth. Both entertaining and educational, Maestro McCoy, narrator Jason Love, and the LSO will introduce the audience to the different sights and sounds of a symphony orchestra.

Conductor, cellist, and educator Jason Love is in his sixteenth year as Music Director of the Columbia Orchestra in Maryland. He has created more than a dozen programs for the Columbia Orchestra's Young People's Concerts, and he developed a celebrated, interactive orchestra program for third-graders in collaboration with the Howard County School System. Love has narrated numerous children's pieces including Peter and the Wolf, Carnival of the Animals, Gerald McBoing Boing, Casey at The Bat, Tubby the Tuba, Mr. Smith's Composition, and famous classical works accompanied by his own scripts.
Tickets are $5 more if purchased at the door so please order in advance!
