About the Speaker
Eric L. Doner
Eric is the founder and CEO of AchieveCorp, an advisory firm that enables organizations to increase business results and create greater value by improving their culture.
His business career spans 30 years of success as a management consultant, sales and marketing executive, training & development manager, and university instructor. He has held executive positions with Dun & Bradstreet, BASF, and the American Management Association and Penske Logistics. He also served in the U.S. Air Force.
Eric 'paid his dues' as a principal in a bay area startup where he also served as President of the Silicon Valley American Marketing Association. He credits his combined corporate, entrepreneurial, non-profit and military experience as providing invaluable insight into how and why things work and don't work in organizations.
Eric is recognized as a leader in the Organizational Development profession, and his strategic counsel has been utilized by companies including Coca-Cola, BP and Honda plus many diverse small and medium-sized businesses in the Bay area and throughout the U.S. and Canada.
He believes in 'paying it forward' by providing leadership in professional organizations including Toastmasters International, The International Society for Performance Improvement, Sales & Marketing Executives International, the Association for Talent Development and The Professional Society for Sales & Marketing Training.
Eric is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and completed postgraduate work in human performance development, adult learning, and instructional technology. A widely-sought speaker and author, Eric attained the coveted Distinguished Toastmaster Award recognizing his communication and leadership skills. Eric always delivers compelling content in articles, blogs, books, workshops and webinars.
