Join Slow Food's own Sherri Brooks Vinton, co-auhor of "The Real Food Revival", at the Moore Bros. Wine Company for the first informative session of SLOW U. Sherri will discuss how you can enjoy a delicious, sustainable food future. She will talk about the impact of industrial food on us and our culture and how you can take steps to enjoy real food, the flavorful products of a trustworthy food chain. And Greg Moore will lead a tasting of some of his carefully selected, artisanally produced, small estate-bottled wines.
