Mindful Eating at Weight Watchers
Learn how to be more mindful, savor your food and make every bite count. The event will include brief instruction, practice, and a guided mindful meal followed by a discussion and sharing experience.
BRING YOUR OWN FOOD, beverage and tableware if you wish. (To make it more of an individual "dining" experience consider bringing a favorite bowl, plate, napkin or placement). This event will be more meaningful if you arrive with an empty stomach. Bring an assortment of foods you would enjoy for a midday meal (lunch) There is no heating facility so bring food in an insulated dish or bring food that can be eaten at room temperature.
The even is limited to 16 participants, it is free and available to Weight Watchers members.
Due to the nature of the event the doors will be shut at 1:05 pm and no late walk-ins will be admitted. Arrive early!
Although the event if free of charge it is limited, so please do not come unless you receive an email confirmation from Brown Paper Tickets. There will be a will-call sign in sheet at the door. In order to assure a quality experience for those who have signed up, a maximum of 16 participant will be admitted.
