Skewered Apple BBQ Championship
National competitors take on local barbeque masters at the 5th Annual Tree Top Skewered Apple Barbeque Championship and compete for more than $27,000 in prize money and the chance to participate in The World Food Cup.
Enjoy the competitive environment of a national BBQ championship, with demos, activities, LIVE MUSIC, food vendors, beer and wine in the middle of fruit, wine, and hop country at the Tree Top headquarters.
SATURDAY Gates Open at 4 PM
Competitors begin prepping for next day's meat turn-ins.
Public enjoys Live Music, Classic Car Parade, Apple Pie Eating Contest, a Hog Calling Contest and the BBQ Boogie.
LIVE MUSIC:
Navid Elliott 4:00 p.m. -5 p.m.
Shoot Jake 6:00 p.m. -8 p.m.
Whiskey Syndicate 8:45 - 11 p.m.
SUNDAY Gates Open at 10:30 a.m.
Competitors turn in their meats to trained judges every hour beginning at 11 a.m. until 4. Samples to the public may be available after each meat is turned in.
Public will enjoy Live Music, the thrill of the competition and awards Ceremony.
