Join us Friday September 25th for the first in a new monthly dinner series: The Vegetable Dinner.
The Vegetable Dinners are warm gatherings of 18 Reasons community members sharing a delicious, family-style vegetarian meal that highlights rock-star vegetables from our local farm's bounty.
This month we're featuring the TOMATO and will have Bi-Rite's farmer Simon Richard on hand to share his tales of growing this seasonal superstar. (Yep, we know we're kicking off The Vegetable Dinner with a fruit)

1st Course: Chilled Tomato Soup with Grilled Cabot Clothbound Cheddar Cheese Sandwich
Big Beefy Tomatoes with Arugula, Tuscan olive oil and Sea Salt
Sauteed First Light Tomatoes with Garlic, Shallots, and Grilled Levain and Shaved Parmesan Reggiano
Roasted Tomatoes with Baby Eggplant and Goat Cheese Sauce
Dessert: Dry Farmed Tomato Galette with Basil Ice Cream
