Peggy Lee (cello) and the mesmerizing Saadet Turkoz (vocals) mix free improv with the Kazakh/Turkish forms of Turkozs childhood. Then, the vanguard pianist Matthew Shipp returns to Earshot with his exciting duo with guitarist-turned-bassist Joe Morris.
Note: Concert is at the Seattle ASIAN Art Museum in Volunteer Park. Plenty of free parking available.
