27th Annual Seattle International StandUp Comedy Competition

The Seattle Comedy Competition is an elimination contest-slash-touring-festival for professional comedians, who come from all across North America to participate. It consists of 23 shows in 26 days in 17 different venues throughout Washington State. 32 artists begin; 10 make the semi-finals, and 5 the finals. First place is $5000, and nearly $10,000 in additional cash prizes are awarded. The show on November 3 at CHAC is round 1 night 3, and features 16 comedians performing for 5 minutes each.
