July 31st On-The-Farm Dinner: Cuisine By Claudette at Edgemere Farm
In a neighborhood where the corner bodega had been widely considered a staple food spot of the peninsula, Claudette sought out to turn her passion for fresh, simple, and delicious food into a local and homespun reality. In 2012, Cuisine by Claudette was born and by the day, and even hour, a myriad of health conscious, North Afro-European dishes were being created. This Thursday, July 31st, Claudette will be collaborating with Edgemere Farm to bring the food of North Africa, quite literally, from farm to the table.

DIRECTIONS:
If you plan to arrive by public transportation, take the A-train heading towards Far Rockaway and get off at the Beach 44th Street Station. You will see yellow sandwich board signs for Edgemere Farm once you get to street level.
