L.A.S. THERAPY NETWORK AND DEVELOPMENT GROUP, INC. in partnership with M & M STUDIO  present  the 1st Annual "Laughter is the Best Medicine" Speech-Language-Hearing Healthcare Program Nashville Shores Jazz  Concert, Saturday, September 12, 2009 , 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. with Masters of Ceremony Lelan A. Statom [Newschannel 5] and Sharon K. Gardner [WFSK 88.1 FM Radio Station], introducing vocalist Eugenia JoAnn Sweeney, featuring Nashville's own Rock Williams Jazz Band, and presenting visual artists Michael McBride and James Threalkill. Other renowned nationally/internationally surprise special guest artists are slated for this concert to benefit under-served, under-represented individuals with special needs, particularly Autism and Parkinson Syndromes.  Bring a picnic basket, blanket, and friends to enjoy an evening under the stars filled with smooth jazz and eye-catching art creations on the scene. Patrons may purchase each artistic masterpiece, created by both visual artists via musical inspiration, at the end of the concert. Guests may also purchase foods/beverages on site.  Tickets are available today.  Ticket purchases include:  General Admissions $20.00; Students/Seniors $10.00; Children 3-12 $5.00;  Individuals with disabilities are admitted free with one support adult. [Written documentation from physicians, schools, and/or other healthcare specialists to support the disability is required prior to entry.]

Notes
Parking is free for this event.  Limited seating capacity, but lawn space is available at this outdoor venue.  This venue is accessible to individuals with special needs.
