If you're keeping track of our dinners, you know that all our talented chefs thus far were from local restaurants right here in Rockaway. Patrick Quinn, last week's chef is the wiz behind The Cookout Food Truck at Rockaway Beach Surf Club and the week before was Whitney Aycock, founder of Whit's End Pizza Parlor. But this week, we're getting super local, as in right-next-door-local. One of our beloved neighbors will be the chef!
