~KINSHIP AND CONNECT MINISTRIES PRESENT~ "A NIGHT OF GIVING"
Mars Hill's Kinship and Connect* have partnered to present our most exciting event yet! On September 12 at 7:30pm (and boat leaves sharply at 8pm) we're taking an privately chartered lake cruise for the evening, with drinks, mixing and relaxing, music and great conversation as well as DJ and dancing on one floor; all while enjoying the beautiful Seattle waterfront. This is your chance to join 170 of your fellow Mars Hill friends in getting all dressed up for a great time to benefit a great cause. The cost is $35 and includes cruise, desserts, dancing and a donation. All proceeds after costs go towards Rwanda Partners, a ministry dedicated to working for Rwandas healing and reconciliation. Rwanda Partners works with native Rwandans to bring the victims and perpetrators of the 1994 genocide together through a biblical process of reconciliation.
* Kinship and Connect are ministries to single men and women at the Bellevue and Downtown Mars Hill campuses, respectively. Singles from any campus and their guests are welcome to attend.
LOCATION: The boat departs from the Naval Reserve Dock at the South Lake Union Park. Arrival is required at 7:30pm with mingling, photo opportunities, and boarding. Boat departs promptly at 8pm and returns to the dock at 10pm. There is parking at the Naval Reserve Dock or across the street.
ATTIRE: This will be a classy evening. Ex: cocktail dress for ladies, slacks & button down OR suit for men.
