As local outspoken members of the public Knute Berger, Crosscut; Kent Kammerer, Seattle Neighborhood Coalition; Bob Melvey, Windermere Real Estate NW were charged with identifying projects they believed best express progressive solutions for urban living in the Pacific Northwest.
As design and development professionals, Angela Brooks, Pugh + Scarpa Architects, Larry Beasley, Former Director of Planning, City of Vancouver, BC, and . And Kevin Cavenaugh, Architect and Developer, Portland, OR were also asked to determine which projects they thought worthy of celebration.
