Tomato Tasting + Family Fun

Enjoy an epicurean afternoon at Ambler Farm while tasting and learning about a variety of fresh heirloom, hybrid and "garden variety" tomatoes. Since our production garden is only so big, we can't grow every variety that we offer as seedlings for advance sale, but we love to hear about what everyone else is growing! If you bought any varieties that are not widely sold, please bring a few from your garden (with accompanying labels) to share for tasting.

We will have a tomato cooking and recipe demonstration, lawn games including horseshoes, corn hole, tomato-on-a-spoon race and more! We will also provide information on how to can your own tomatoes.

BYO picnic and blankets or chairs.

Please register online with payment to be collected at the check-in table. Walk-ins welcome. Rain or Shine.

$15 per family OR free if you bring 3-5 organic tomatoes or a simple prepared tomato-based dish for tasting. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
